Three weeks to go. 33 tickets left. Volunteers have work to do, and the swag has started showing up.
Tickets: 33 left
WordCamp Johannesburg is Friday 30 October at The Edge, Knightsbridge. 33 tickets are still available.
If you already know you’re coming, buy now. When those are gone, that’s the room.
If you bought tickets in bulk, fill in the details for every attendee. We use those to print name tags and to track who is in the room on the day.
Volunteers: tasks and mentors
We’ve started working with the volunteer team. Tasks are being assigned, and mentors are being paired for the day.
If you put your hand up, you’ll hear from us with what you’re doing and who you’re with.
Swag: send your shirt size
Swag is starting to arrive. Shirts are in that mix, and we need your size before we lock the order.
The link was in the purchase confirmation email from when you bought your ticket. Use that.
If we don’t get a size from you, we’ll split the order on an educated guess. On the day, you get what you get.
Sponsors: still open
Sponsorship is still open. It’s what keeps tickets accessible and covers the practical costs of a full WordCamp day. If your company (or you as a freelancer) can help, we’d love to hear from you.
See you on the 30th
Tickets are nearly gone. The volunteer plan is taking shape. The boxes are landing. Sponsors still have room to join us.
Let’s go.
