Adam is a tech and development journalist with 20 years of experience. A veteran of tech blogs and publications, Adam worked for PC Gamer on and off for over 12 years, and edited PC Format in the last glory days of print. His work has appeared in Wired, Stuff, the Guardian, Linux Format, the Sunday Times (UK & South Africa), .net, Computer Arts, the Mail & Guardian and too many other gadget, games and geek magazines to mention. He’s also worked with several NGOs in the tech and development sector, and was a finalist in the Guardian International Development Journalist of the Year competition. He is a lead co-ordinator for the Johannesburg chapter of Hacks\/Hackers. Today this has grown to more than 100 online properties, under the Caxton brand. Managing this many properties is challenging, but the excitement and constant innovation is what drives Chris.
